Heartfelt Farewells is a family-focused memorial ceremony that honors the deceased loved one with comforting words, remembrances and original music. Heartfelt Farewells becomes an everlasting memorial for family members left behind.
Each Heartfelt Farewells ceremony is unique and personal. I meet directly with family members before the service to learn the details of the life of the deceased, focusing on their accomplishments, talents, and the Divine human presence they were.
Heartfelt Farewells is a service that can be performed in funeral homes, life celebration ceremonies, graveside gatherings and post-burial memorials. While Heartfelt Farewells is a non-denominational service, as a licensed minister I often incorporate values and beliefs into the service that are cornerstones of any religion or faith.

I create and officiate unique and heartwarming ceremonies that honor the deceased and the life they led. At a time when, on average, about 60 percent of those who die have no connection to a minister or church, the spiritual services I provide fill this non-denominational void.
My calling to ministry is based on my devotion to be of service to all sentient beings. The most satisfying experiences I have in ministry are being with families at a time when their loved ones have made their transition, or are in the dying process.
I look forward to being in loving service your family and all congregations and gatherings.
Peace be with you.

When pets come to the end of their earthly presence, it's often an emotional time. Often, pet owners are faced with the very difficult decision of euthanasia after there is a change in the pet's quality of life.
I provide spiritual, emotional and prayer support for pet owners and families during this time of change. I work directly with pet owners and families to create a loving ceremony that honors the Divine spirit of their pet. I also counsel families during those times when a decision must be made to lovingly help a pet reach the Rainbow Bridge.
I also create written and spoken pet prayers for the pet's passing and for the loved ones they leave behind.
Before and after a loved one or a pet dies, feelings of anticipatory grief, regret, love and loss can be triggers. Symptoms include difficulty thinking about anything other than your loved one’s impending death or not accepting your loved one has died. Others symptoms may include anticipating a death, difficulty trusting others, bitterness, grieving that appears to get worse than get better, and feelings that life no longer has meaning.
As a licensed counselor and ordained interfaith minister, I help individuals and families navigate the many feelings that occur in pre-bereavement and after the death of a loved one. Sessions are in-person or online in Zoom format.
We can experience an assortment of feelings before a loved one or one of our pets die, and just as many feelings after they pass away. You will find these sessions to be healing and informative as you move through your emotions.

A wonderful memorial for my mom
"Dear Reverend Glenn, I wanted to thank you again for the wonderful memorial for my mom. You walked into my house a stranger, and by the time my mom's services were over, I felt like we’d known you our whole life. You really got to know my mom just from listening to my brothers and I share a few stories during your time with us. You captured her wonderful, fun personality in the sermon you gave. It was truly a celebration of her long 95 years of life. Thanks for playing your guitar & singing the songs we chose, so wonderfully, at the memorial & her grave site. I’d like to think she was watching & loved it all. I’m so happy we were given you to officiate! I thank you from the depths of my heart for helping us through this difficult time."

Intuitive and on it
"Dear Rev. Glenn, I would just like to write to say a big thank you for facilitating the service for my mum in the Superstitions. You were fantastic - intuitive and on it. She would have absolutely loved it!"

A perfect farewell
"I want to thank you so much for the PERFECT ceremony. You hit just the right tone and beat. All in the family, including me, were a bit intimidated as to what we would do other than stand around and say a few words and toss ashes. But you pulled it together with spirituality and music and words, as we all found the words we needed to say. The spiritual circle was a special ending touch. I can’t count how many times over the weekend that the family and I commented on what a perfect farewell we had for beloved" (friend and family member.)
